Lee Wen graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Years Education from the University of Southern Queensland, Australia, and went on to obtain a PGCE from the University of Nottingham UK a few years later. She began her career in education at an international school in Malaysia in 2012, where she worked across Early Years and Key Stage 1 for several years. Pursuing her passion for teaching, she then moved to Manila, Philippines, where she spent four years teaching at a well established international school there. During her time there, she taught across the Early Years and was appointed to lead the creation and development of the Early Years learning environment.
Outside of school, Lee Wen enjoys travelling and experiencing different cultures. She also enjoys listening to live music, engaging with different types of arts and crafts, and loves animals.
