Lee joined us from the largest and most oversubscribed school on the Isle of Wight in the UK, where he has been Vice Principal for the past 8 years. During this time, he has overseen the pastoral care of the students and led on the curriculum and achievement of his very successful school. Lee has over 20 years of teaching experience in a variety of British schools on the south coast of the UK, 14 of these years as a senior leader. His passion has always been to support those students with the greatest need to ensure that they are able to reach their full potential.
Lee has a BA (Hons) in Financial Economics from Coventry University, a Masters in Finance and investment from Exeter University and a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics from Southampton University.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, travelling and a number of outdoor sports.
