Joe joined us from Whitchurch High School, Cardiff, UK where he was a Geography/Geology teacher for 16 years. Joe has an honours degree In Environmental Geoscience from Cardiff University and has worked in a variety of capacities including as a Marine Geophysicist in the oil industry and as a Head Chef in an Italian restaurant. Joe is particularly interested in utilizing technologies in learning and also loves fieldwork. In his spare time Joe enjoys training and competing at triathlon/Ironman races, as well as being passionate about food and travel.
