Clare joined the school in 2021 having moved from Shanghai. She has taught at international schools in the UAE and China.
She received her B.A in English and Geography from University College Cork, Ireland, and subsequently a Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching from Hibernia College Dublin.
Inquiry based learning is one of Clare’s focal points as a teacher and she encourages all her students to be active participants in their studies. She is passionate about literature and exploring the virtues that can be found in texts both old and new.
Sport and travel are two of Clare’s passions and she has coached school teams in the past. She also practices yoga and has lead a mindfulness programme with students in previous schools.
