Apolinar is an international Spanish teacher from Salamanca, Spain. His international experience started at Indus International School Pune, in India. Afterwards, he moved to Malaysia where he was the Spanish lecturer at Universiti Kuala Lumpur. Once he finished this lectureship, he started working at IGB International School before joining SJIIM. Apart from these professional experiences, he worked as a Spanish teacher in different academies and language schools in Spain. He has a bachelor’s degree in Classics from University of Salamanca as well as several Master’s degree such as a Master in Teaching in Secondary and Baccalaureate, Master in Introduction to Classical Antiquity Texts Research and its Survival from University of Salamanca and a Master in Teaching Spanish as Foreign Language from University Pablo de Olavide.
He is focused on teaching Spanish in an interactive environment where the students can completely develop their skills. He uses various resources such as movies, songs and games to make the lessons more interesting. He thinks that motivation is the key to learn a language so he tries to make his classes as entertaining as possible. In his free time, he loves playing football, spending time with his friends and family, watching movies and series and travelling.
