St. John Baptist de La Salle was the founder of the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools which is universally known today as Lasallian education. In conjunction with the tercentenary of his entry into eternal life, SJIIM celebrated his memory with a Founder’s Day Celebration on the 16th of May 2019 together with a commemorative write up in The Star, Malaysia to remember the Founder’s great dedication and work.
