It was a musical start to the new academic term for students in SJIIM’s High School and a number from the Elementary School as they were treated to a very fine performance from members of the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO).
Stefan Kocsis – Violin, Robert Kopelman – violin, Emil Csonka – viola and Csaba Koros – Cello were the members of the MPO who performed Haydn’s String Quartet for the school’s captivated audience. They showed tremendous musicality and provided a great example of teamwork and excellence. Our students were also treated to a short question and answer session afterwards with the musicians.
It was a masterpiece and SJIIM would like to sincerely thank the members of the MPO for their fine performance and for supporting the development of the young musicians here at St Joseph’s Institution International School Malaysia.
