Important notice:
A provisional Letter of Acceptance from SJIIM will only be issued after the student has successfully completed SJIIM’s compulsory entry assessment test and once the Application Fees have been paid in full.

The application process for the student pass will require 2 to 4 weeks and parents will be notified once it has been approved. Multiple entry student passes will have a one year validity. Students with passport validity of less than one year will only be given a 6 months student pass. We strongly recommend all parents ensure that their child’s passport has at least a validity period of three years and above. For faster processing, please submit the required documents during the application stage of the student.

Applicants are required to submit a copy of their passport inner cover page together with their application form. If the applicant is currently studying at another international school in Malaysia, a copy of the passport page with the current student pass is also required. Applicants must also cancel their current student pass with their former school before they can apply for a new one. Student passes from a previous international school in Malaysia are NOT transferrable. Failure to comply with this ruling will affect the student’s stay in Malaysia.

Students with MM2H dependant passes or PR status must also declare this with the Admissions Office during the application process.

Parents may contact us for further information and advice on this matter.
