Rishma is a dual degree graduate from SEGi University, Malaysia and University of Central Lancashire, UK in Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She specialises in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and with a secondary focus on Early Childhood Education (ECE). Prior to her role with SJIIM, she served as an English language teacher during her internship at a local elementary school for a duration of 6 months.
Rishma comprehends that the process of acquiring knowledge is a journey, and every learner advances at their individual pace. Her methodical approach provides pupils with the opportunity to make mistakes, seek clarification, and fully grasp complex concepts. She spends the majority of her free time baking. Her love for baking isn’t just about creating delicious treats, it’s a reflection of her generous spirit, a testament to the belief that a little sweetness can go a long way in making life more enjoyable for everyone.
