Alyssa graduated with dual degree from SEGi University, Malaysia and University of Central Lancashire, UK in Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Before working with SJIIM, she has experience working in local preschools and during her internship program, she spent 9 months in a high school as guidance and counselling teacher. She has volunteered in special needs centres and Montessori based preschool.
Alyssa is highly motivated to work on promoting inclusivity and believes in driving a positive change in the society through working with children. She usually spends her leisure time reading and journaling in her pastimes. Along with this, she also tries to balance exercising amidst her introverted activities by doing Pilates.
