Yann Zhe has been an active musician since graduating from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with Honours in music performance in 2016. In 2022, Yann Zhe completed his PGCEi with the University of Warwick.
Prior to joining SJIIM, he has worked as a brass specialist with SJIIM, Garden International School, Marlborough College Malaysia, The Alice Smith School, Sri KDU, Sri Kuala Lumpur, College Yayasan Saad and Sunway University. Not forgetting his roots in trumpet playing, he does work with local schools as a band conductor, giving educational talks and trumpet masterclasses.
Apart from playing the trumpet, he also enjoys cooking and trying out new recipes.
