The assistance provided by teachers, especially during the online school period was second to none. I believe saying this speaks for most students not only in SJIIM, but I struggled in the early stages of online school as communication was limited and face to face education, which we were all used to, was taken away from us. But regardless of this, the teachers and other faculty members persisted and answered all of our concerns and assisted us with our struggles in the best and quickest way possible in order to aid our queries. I found this very comforting and that certainly helped me, as a new student, to fit in very nicely and without a doubt, helped me improve with my studies over the span of these 2 years.
